Optical Switch Update from Glimmerglass

GlimmerglassSwitch.gifGlimmerglass has unveiled a new version of its intelligent optical switches.  The new version, Release 3.0, supports non-blocking, all-optical switching for as many as 320 single-mode fibers in a rack-mountable 8 RU chassis.

 The release offers new fiber monitoring configurations, a Japanese language web-based user interface, and enhanced security features.
